What is the Auxiliary Fire Department?
The Auxiliary Fire Department is a group of people who support our fire
department in various ways. Auxiliary members respond to fire
department scenes to bring nourishment to firefighters and EMTs, plan
department functions, fund raise for the fire department, as well as many
other deeds thatway too often go unnoticed. The firefighters and EMTs
are extremely grateful for all of the hard work and dedication that our
auxiliary members commit to our department.

The East Montpelier Fire Department Auxiliary will be holding its Annual
Rabies Clinic on Thursday, March 26, 2009 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the East
Montpelier Fire Station (RT. 14 Across from Washington Electric) $9.00 per
